Fast, full, and unapologetically green. Philodendron Burle Marx pushes narrow, glossy leaves from a naturally branching growth habit that can turn one rooted propagation into a dense, sculptural plant surprisingly quickly.

These plants were propagated from an originally variegated Burle Marx that now appears to have reverted. The current plants are presenting as solid green and are being offered and priced as green plants. Variegation is not guaranteed, and buyers should not purchase with the expectation that it will return.

Four plants are available in the current grower’s-choice release. The photographs show examples from this group; your order will contain one plant selected by Plant Gallery and may not be the exact specimen pictured.

The current plants vary in height, spread, leaf count, and fullness, although their overall stage and quality are reasonably consistent. Requests for a particular plant or size cannot be guaranteed.

GOOD TO KNOW

Burle Marx is a vigorous, naturally branching Philodendron that can fill out quickly in warm conditions with bright indirect light, regular feeding, and room for its stems to extend.

Although these plants descend from an originally variegated form, their current growth is solid green and appears reverted. Variegation may never return. This listing makes no promise of future variegated growth.

Philodendrons may respond to shipping or environmental changes by marking or retiring an older leaf. Allow the plant to acclimate before repotting or making major changes to its growing conditions.

This plant contains calcium oxalate crystals and is toxic if chewed or ingested. Keep it away from pets and small children.

Each plant is carefully selected, secured, and presented through Plant Gallery’s elevated packaging experience.
