Shipping & Arrival

Every Plant Gallery shipment is prepared by hand in Harlem with the same level of care we give our own collection.

Each plant is carefully inspected, secured, and packaged using premium materials designed to minimize movement during transit. Our goal is for every specimen to arrive ready to become part of your collection.

Plants are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday to help avoid unnecessary weekend delays. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday depending on weather and transit conditions.

The photographs above offer a look behind the scenes at how every Plant Gallery order is prepared for its journey.

Arrival Guarantee

Plants are living organisms, and minor cosmetic imperfections such as a bent leaf, light shipping stress, or slight substrate movement can occur during transit.

These are considered normal and do not affect the long-term health of the plant.

If your plant arrives with significant damage or there is an issue caused during shipping, please contact us within 5 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• the shipping box
• the packaging
• the plant
• the shipping label

Every order is reviewed individually, and we’ll always work toward a fair solution when a shipping issue occurs.

Because each specimen is unique and living, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or changes in the plant after it has been acclimated to a new environment.

Our goal isn’t simply to sell rare plants—it is to build collectors who feel confident purchasing from Plant Gallery for years to come.
