A creeping velvet foliage classic.

Soft, velvety leaves accented by luminous white veins have made Philodendron gloriosum one of the most beloved foliage plants in modern collections. Rather than climbing, this species slowly creeps across the surface of its container, producing increasingly larger heart-shaped leaves as it matures.

Its elegant growth habit and understated beauty make it equally at home in a seasoned collector’s display or as the first statement piece in a growing indoor jungle.

Each specimen is individually selected by Plant Gallery for health, structure, and future growth potential.

Gallery Notes

• Velvety emerald foliage with striking white venation

• Creeping growth habit (not a climbing Philodendron)

• New leaves emerge bronze before hardening to deep green

• Excellent choice for collectors of dramatic foliage

• Grown and curated in Harlem, New York

Care

Light: Bright, indirect light.

Water: Allow the top portion of the substrate to begin drying before watering thoroughly.

Humidity: Appreciates moderate to high humidity but adapts well to typical indoor conditions.

Growth Habit: Horizontal crawler. A long planter or rectangular pot encourages larger future leaves.
