Long blades, a glossy finish, and a different expression in every pot. This Fuzzy Petioles cross is already showing its character as it grows out within Plant Gallery.

Justin Gurski’s crystallinum × magnificum seed parent combines prominent venation with an upright habit. His nigrolaminum ‘Gigi’ pollen parent brings an unusual elongated shape and waxy texture. Justin describes its emerging leaves as black to maroon, with red underside veins under some growing conditions.

Here at Plant Gallery, the seedlings currently show green to pale olive foliage, pointed blades, and individual differences in shape and surface texture. Their mature expression is still unfolding.

GALLERY NOTES

GOOD TO KNOW

Each seedling is genetically individual. Leaf size, shape, color, and venation vary between plants and change as they mature. Parent traits are not guaranteed in every seedling.

The mature-parent photographs document the cross’s lineage. The AI-assisted parent artwork is illustrative. Both are reference images, not photographs of the seedling you will receive.
